Under-graduates and graduates

The Bloomfield Group has provided under-graduate and graduate opportunities for many years across a variety of fields. Our program reflects our passion for training and skills development which benefits our people, our business and our community.

Participants in these programs can expect to work in a supportive environment where their learning is guided by experienced professionals in their chosen field.

Our programs can include opportunities in mining, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineering, business, safety and health, accounting and human resources.

Vacation Students

The Bloomfield Group provides a range of paid Vacation Student opportunities to university students each year within various disciplines.

Vacation Student placements are primarily offered over the summer break (November to February) where our participants work alongside experienced mentors who guide their learning and help them gain practical experience within their chosen field.

Our program can include opportunities in mining, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineering, business, safety and health, accounting and human resources.

Vacation Student opportunities are generally advertised around May each year.
